After the great celebrity cull of 2016 and the long list of people lost in 2017, it's worth a reminder of some of the folks who have bucked the trend and are still with us:

 

Kirk Douglas - Age 101.

Vera Lynn - Age 100.

Prince Philip - Age 96.

 

I'm sure there are plenty of others.

A record breaking year for the *Death List*, 17 out of 50 gone.

 

There's a couple of other centenarian coffin dodgers on there, Olivia de Havilland 101 and Herman Wouk 102.
