Cottage on the coast? Sounds like the Dorset estate agents have a new customer.

There was a Race Horse called "Dorset Cottage" in the Mid' to late 80's.

 

Must be a connection, like the horse trained by Mick Naughton around the same time called O I Oyston (owned by Oyston Estates)

My most enjoyable moments in the first few years of retirement was getting up a 6am and driving around really SLOW making people late to work.

I should warn you, your mates will only want to go fishing on the days of the week ending in "y".
