Its free at the point of use IE you dont get a bill before you get your treatment or after it ,you may need a second mortgage to park though! Its known world wide IE those from foreign climes are welcome open armed to get as much as possible then frick of back home and show the neighbours how good it is so they can get some as well!

Medicine on prescription is expensive but free for those on benefits or over 60 (in england)

Your treatment will differ hospital to hospital never mind free or not.

The NHS works ,its ludicrously expensive to run ,theres no punishment for failure so it fails often but few can afford private treatment bar the rich and MP's ofcourse so they dont really know how bad it can be unless they read the media then react to save their own skins reluctantly

 

Myself though i would love any major bone work done by noel Fitzpatrick going by my mrs third knee its still in the Napoleonic era even in the better hospitals

Its not so clear ,if you give food and expect sex in return then your turning someone into a prostitute ,far worse than just using a working prostitute!

No doubt plausible deniability will be used and the run of the mill "lessons will be learnt" which wont because the person saying it isnt in jail learning it!

Probably a few % of what happens ,pedophiles are very clever in practicing in full view and adept at finding ways of kiddy fiddling ,getting paid while doing it is a bonus.
