But he's not an Army drill sergeant is he!! - He's the speaker of the house of commons, & with that comes a certain level of professionalism, reserve & decorum, not to mention the exercising of the code of conduct becoming of a Gentleman.

I once worked for an MD who was a total bully & a complete & utter Ars*ho** - He doesn't work for us anymore!!

 

These types can only hide from the shareholders & vice president for so long - word eventually gets back from the rank & file, not to mention signals from some of our customers!!
