Solicitor Fiona Onasanya had denied being behind the wheel when her car was spotted being driven at 41mph in a 30mph zone, in July 2017.

And she stated she would not resign because her £77.000 salary is her only income.

Get a job down at Tesco, aldi or lidl missis, that is if you can with a criminal record.

She should be out on her ear for what she has done. She got 3 months but her brother Festus was jailed for 10 months for his involvement, after pleading guilty to the same charge.

She should have been charged with perverting the course of justice.

Why has she got 3 months, but her brother has got 10?

She should have been charged with perverting the course of justice.

She has, they both have.

He has a string of previous convictions but is employed by her. (paid by us)

She should have got longer bearing in mind that Chris Hume got 8 for the same offence and plead guilty!

Hopefully her local party will trigger a recall petition under the Recall of MPs Act 2015.

Unfortunately, particularly to the constituents of Peterborough, the recall petition, which would easily gain the 10% requirement cannot be taken as she has appealed against conviction.

Only if the appeal is heard, withdrawn or refused can it move forward.

She is a lawyer and knows how to play the system.

On a positive note, appeals courts can increase the sentence as well as decrease it.

That is a definite risk, which is why I should imagine she will withdraw the appeal at the very last minute, par for the course.

Should be struck off and no longer allowed to practice law ever again and should be removed from her job as MP as well.
