I've got the last one, FTTP. We had to have two visits from the techy peeps, one to fix a box to the outside of the house, and a second to put a cable from that box to another inside the house and set up the router.

The local ISP sorted the problem on my lightstream, apparently although I was getting the full download speed, they were only seeing me as getting about 94 Mbps. So here's the proper graph....

The saga continues. Apparently, there were some 'wayleaves' that needed signing and they're still waiting for one. To make it even more fun, the back-up here is my EE connection (we even have a mast on the farm).....and that has been up and down like a whore's drawers for weeks now.

 

When I get a decent connection, I need to find someone who can update this site properly for me. Times have moved on and I struggled for days with the forum software at my last attempt.
