Newt recently sent me a typical American anglers hat, seen here:- http://www.go-fishin...es/poppy.in.hat
Unfortunatly Newt hadn't realised what a big head I am, but my grandaughter loves it!

Leon is legendary for his angling hats. Any good snaps of you guys in favoured bankside hats?

I've got hats put by for Newt and Jan when they visit next year. One has Esox on it, so the first to catch an Esox will get it!

Try real wool rather than that synthetic stuff, that makes me itch like a mangy tom!

Elton has a picture of me wearing a **** hat!!!!!!!!!!!
Fuuny thing was he had one in his bag as well!!!!!!!!!!!
Its a baseball type cap with thermal lining and ear warmers held on the sides by a strap across the top.

Now I know that everyone has owned one of these hats in their lifetime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My favorite hat is a baseball cap from work but I have sewn Shimano labels (off some shimano cycle shoes that HMCE sampled and ripped to bits) over the company logo on the front and back.

Shimano, Shimano Rudd??!! Please see Budgies comments on 'Tackle Box Stickers', thats only marginally better than a Fox tattoo for heavens sakes .

Mind you, you could have had a Town hat, that would have been sad, really sad! Newts missus has a City hat, she's not sad, so there!!!!
