Hello All !
Coming down to Penzance in late July for a couple of weeks camping and hopefully a spot of fishing .

Total newbie to it all really . Did a bit of Mackrel fishing in Orkney a couple of years ago at Scapa-flow , caught a few , just feathers and shiney stuff , ewld rod and real .

Had another go last year in Dorset , Chesil beach , not much luck there though .

Anyway , been reading about bass and plugging ont tinernet , as you do , I fancy buying a half decent lure rod , not a fortune , reel , line ( or braid and if so which one ) bought a couple of lures off ebay so far.

Any , Any advice would be great !!

Give myself the name Blindstag since I have no idea !!
