Why not try Samphire Hoe instead?
It's alive with Pollock and wrasse at the moment [ 24. August 2005, 02:24 PM: Message edited by: Bigfishy ] |

2nd that Bigfish, the Hoe is great fun.
Must pull myself away from the Dover end and give Folkestone side a proper go -------------------- A bunch of my friends have Eggs. They rave about how great they are,
but I haven't seen them do anything I can't do. |

Take plenty of spare leads and paper clips, its quite snaggy in places.
I agree its a comfortable place to fish and never seems to be that crowded. You do need a drop net, in case a big bass shows up........and they do. Ooops, I am of course referring to Samphire Hoe, I haven't been on the Price of Wales for years. [ 24.
