I use the same stuff that the nurses in the NHS use. simply spray some of this gel on your hands and rub it in untill your hands are dry leaves your hands smelling slightly of dettol. You can get it from all chemists and most supermarkets its made by dettol.
Lemon juice is great untill you have a small cut in your finger saying that though if your using crab those juices find all the little cuts and that hurts like f**k Matt -------------------- |

If you want to remove the smell of fish AND have clean enough hands to eat your sarnies with as well, then baby wipes are the things to go for. Most are scented, but if you dont want to smell like Lily Savage, Superdrug do a non scented version in travel packs. Can't beat 'em.

Knead a lump of dough to make a loaf of bread! Bakers always have clean hands!!
Swaffega, (Spelling?), that green stuff that engineers use to clean their hands is good stuff too. I use Ultabite and that really stays on my hands, but not with Swaffega!! [ 17. May 2005, 10:58 AM: Message edited by: Peter Waller ] -------------------- PETER

If in a rush, once my hands are completely clean I use cheap and nasty shaving foam, just smother my hands in it and wash off.
Works fine. Gillies -------------------- |

Persistent fishy pongs can be removed with dilute thin bleach on its own or hydrogen peroxide solution acidified with vinegar.
These are ideal for cleaning cutting boards, cool bags etc. They work by converting amines which smell into amine oxides which are less smelly and more water soluble. They also kill off the bacteria which contribute to the smell. |

if the dog turd system isn't quite strong enough to do the job properly make up a few kilos of hand rolled 6mm boilies out of cat sh1t making sure to get loads under the finger nails(always follow this after the dog do recipe for max effect)
.....it is possible to get a few natural floaters with this method! |
