A 10. p.m. curfew was imposed on a town. Everybody had to be off the streets or risk getting shot.
However one citizen was shot at 9.45. p.m.. " Why did you do that", the soldier was asked by his superior officer. "Well, I know where he lives", he replied, "and he would never have made it"................
