I have read that in many places in the UK it is difficult to use a boat for fishing because of regulations or upset from shore anglers or similar minor issues. This always bothered me some and I have given some thought to a good solution. I think I finally have one.

No one could possibly get upset about your fishing from a boat if they didn't notice you were there. Two reasonable possibilities then - and we can call this first one the Waller system if it works out.

For those who already have a boat, it's just a matter of blending into the surroundings. You can use local vegetation or if you prefer, you can buy some good artificial grass & weeds.

If you have avoided getting a boat because of the problem of where to use it, you might do well with one of these. All you need then is a good camo suit. Because of the hull design, I think we could call this the Yakity system even though the kayak guys normally only posts on the sea section.

We have the duck boats over here already Newt, and very useful too I would guess.

As for the floating haystack, I'm not sure that England is quite ready for that one yet!
