After suffering wet feet after tripping over me trainers Friday night I remembered I had an old pair of wellies in the garage that do not fit me (foot part ok but tight around calf muscles) anymore.

they have now been cut down into bivvy shoes that my feet complete with socks or not slide into in a second flat no problem as they are a size too big (used to wear two or three pairs of socks with them until hootboots came along).

Class, now do I glue on some isotopes as guides on a dark night!!!!!!!! :D :D

Rudd, wrap some twigs around them for that 'camo' look

I could get some of them little one led keyring type that only work when you press the button.
That would mean as I took a step with one the other would light the way - :cool:

cant beat a pair of flip flops but good idea, very original.

i didnt run out the other night with one foot in one and the other in a misplaced trainer, Honest.
