Small insignificant baits do best. The place gets an awful lot of pressure and the fish shy off large areas of bait. Single grain of maize and a small PVA bag of groundbait. single tigernut, misshaped, pre soaked boilies. Again fished without free offerings. Small bag of dry vitalin is good as bits will float up the water column.

Fish the quietest area you can find and good luck.
