Whats wrong with the old one?? Is it totalled?? If not I may be able to offer you a rewind service, a local shop does up starteres, dynamos and the like!

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.

If GOD had NOT meant us to go fishing, WHY did he give us arms then??

(If you can't help out someone in need then don't bother my old Dad always said! My grandma put it a LITTLE more, well different! It's like peeing yourself in a black pair of pants she said! It gives you a LOVELY warm feeling but no-one really notices!))

Can you not get a template of the mounting and an approx. measurement of the flywheel and try the scrappies?? They are all pretty much the same!!
Or give me bit more detail and I'll ask about at our local yard they have some right old hulks there!!

Hiya,

As Chris has asked .. could you give a bit more detail on the engine... there a re a couple of very good car accessory shops that I use that can obtain some weird and wonderful parts for rare engines :)

Blackvelvet, I found this forum for Royal Enfield
owners. If anyone can help they'll probably be a subscriber. Why not put a request on there ?
