i went fishing last night to cleethorpes
set off from sheffield to cleethorpes
down the M18 drove steat past my turnoff
ok 20 miles past :D just started work a few days ago very tierd
so i was pushing it to get there in time to get some bait i just made it
then went fishing

i was talking to a lad fishing next to me he told me that we could of got some ragworm from a machine at a jet garage a mile down the road at 3pound a tub (seabait)
on the way back home stoped at the jet station to have a look the mechine sold:-
rag worm
hooks
swivels
breakaways

all you need to go fishing
i was told that there was on at Immingham as well

it will be a great help to me now
i can finish wotk and go fishing and get bait any time now

dose any one know where else i can fined these machines

we have worm dispencer in devon but they are a bit basic we call them mud :D :D :D :D

what are worms going to be like!!!
probably a tub of preserved sh*te!!
you may be better buying a prawn sandwich from the petrol station and trying that on you pulley rig?
maybe not, but it will be interesting to see what they have on offer.
i think it's better to get your fork out and rake mud!!

Hi mate what happens if it is a realy hot day?
It does sound good but i can't say i have seen any up here in the North East.

Fresh bait vending machines are in widespread use in the USA and in Denmark, probably elsewhere too. Before the usual Luddites start saying it'll never work here, they do keep bait fresh because they are chilled, and filled daily. They are a lot more expensive than buying bait from a tackle shop, but you pay for convenience and I personally would happily pay for good bait when and where I need it - too often I have had had an impromptu fishing opportunity thwarted by lack of bait. I wish there were more in the UK!
