this may tie in with my problem I have just got a head set on front of pc are 2 sockets both marked pink one has mic symbol other has headphones,nothing is ever simple ,head set has a pink and a green jack !!!!!! cannot recieve sound or talk .....which goes in where,also do i have to change anything at the back
thanks as always .... me thinks this is getting tooo much technology for me!!!!!! -------------------- ![]() |

If it's a USB webcam, you probably need to set the correct microphone on tools/options/audio settings in Skype (assuming that's what you are using). By default, it tends to use the soundcard's mic, the USB webcam's mic will be listed separately.
