The Angling Trust is delighted to announce that Ammo have confirmed sponsorship of the Angling Trust England Boat squad. Ammo have very kindly offered their assistance towards the expenditure of the teams squad weekend.
Ian and Michelle Tyldesley of Ammo (Ammodytes Co Ltd) have very generously offered financial support for the squad weekend and are also providing each squad member with clothing, consisting of a fleece jacket and a sweatshirt for the year. Ian and Michelle have both wanted to support Sea angling and after consultation with the England Manager, Neil Bryant, and Jim Whippy and Ray Ashby it was felt that to support the Boat squad like this was the best way forward.
From 12th – 19th September 2009 Pornichet, France host the World Boat Angling Championships. The team consists of; Ray Barron, Bob King, Glen Milligan, Colin Searles, Rolf Marschalek, Richard Russell, and Team England Manager, Neil Bryant. This World Championship attracts participation from up to 18 countries with adult and junior teams taking part.
Our World Championship teams rely heavily on companies offering sponsorship and support and Angling Trust would like to offer special thanks to Fladen Fishing UK Ltd who sponsor and support the World England Boat Team and to Ammo for their support and sponsorship towards the England boat squad.
