Fishery report for week ending 17th March, 2013

Sunday 17th March 13 open Lookout
Conditions heavy overnight rain, overcast with some drizzle, ambient temp 5 deg with cold ESE 14mph wind, low barometer 998mb,  moon phase waxing crescent,  water temp 2.3 deg, ph 7.35, DO 11.2 then it ended up snowing!!!!

Some exceptional quality fish being caught , rudd at 1lb 13oz , ide 2,2lb , carp 23lb 6, tench of 4lb 1oz, and a perch of 2lb 9oz (with huge mouth), and a 9lb 3oz bream.

You need to be onto shoal to get high weights as 99lb 2oz showed on Sunday all Carp average weight of 4 to 5 lb, however the fish are switching on to feed and some good individual fish have been caught.

Even though the water temperature is very low the highest weight out Sunday Steve fed heavily Angel micro and 3mm feed pellets
