The Angling Trust are delighted to announce that the British Pike Championships Final will once more return to the Fenland Drains, which have provided so many years of close competition!
The Final has been scheduled for Saturday 10th November with the usual headquarters at Manor Leisure Centre. Once more the AT will be working closely with Whittlesey Angling Association to make sure the fairest sections are selected and that the pegs are well cleared.
In addition, this year the event will be run by local predator enthusiast and Angling Trust volunteer Andy Jackson, Andy commented
‘I’m really looking forward to taking on running of this year’s championship, and I’m sure it will be as successful as its rich history suggests’.
Applications for tickets will be based around the RESULTS of the qualifiers. Organisers and Helpers are once more reminded that they can apply for tickets.
