The weekend began with excellent weather giving anglers every opportunity to dry fly fish.
Paddy Guyler (Limavady) released four great fish with the largest around 4lb. Joe Donnelly and his son Sean (Limavady) released a total of six trout between them which fell to buzzers and nymphs. George Campbell released two while Keith Boyd released four which all took black blobs. Dungiven’s Mark Boyce and John Hasson released two and four respectively. Derry’s Paul Ford, Billy Hazlett and Alan Temple released a total of ten trout between them which were lured by suspender buzzers, hoppers and black pennells.
