Ever since the early days of Anglers’ Net, we’ve given away free fishing tackle to visitors. It’s a bit of fun that rewards people like you for spending a few seconds visiting sites that, in turn, support Anglers’ Net.
At the time of writing this (21st October, 2008), we have four free tackle competitions in progress. As a visitor, you can enter them all. The only with with any ‘conditions’ attached is the forum members competition. However, as membership of the forum is free, you’re also able to enter that one!
We tend not to go down the big prize route, preferring instead to offer smaller prizes and more competitions. I’ll be honest and say that, lately, I haven’t been too quick to update the competitions. Anglers’ Net is a big site and I just run out of time every day! That said, I’ll make an effort to change them more frequently from now on.
Current prizes include, a free fishing reel, free lures and a free headlamp.
