With an ever-increasing population, it’s only natural that mobile forms of fishing are probably more popular today than ever before. Fishing has always been about ‘getting away from the madding crowds’, so a walk to achieve that goal is part of the enjoyment.
In my life, lure fishing and beach fishing have played a part – with each, there are times when you just want to take the minimum of clobber and get as far away from it as possible, sometimes for peace of mine, but often just to get to the bigger fish! Other friends of mine are into rock fishing (not that many rocks here in Suffolk, I’m afraid!) – they need mobility, but for slightly different reasons to me!

New and unique performance hydration packs from Geigerrig are set to quench the thirsts of hikers, bikers, runners and climbers by up to 30% more thanks to an innovative and hygienic pressurised water dispensing system.
New to the UK, patent-pending Geigerrig pressurised hydration packs utilise a specially engineered hydration bladder and pressure bulb to spray water into the user’s mouth, providing a continuous and sanitary delivery of water.

There are seven different Geigerrig hydration packs incorporating the hydration engines which have two and three litre capacities. Each Geigerrig pack has ergonomically fitting and adjustable shoulder straps with a removable waist strap* and integrated slider chest strap, a waterproof MP3 player/mobile phone compartment and separate internal organiser compartments.
The hydration bladder – or Geigerrig Hydration Engine – also has a unique easy care system to keep it free from mildew or mineral build-up.
