The Greys Torsion Bivvy has just won the prestigious Best New Product award at this year’s European Fishing Tackle Trade Association Exhibition (EFTTEX) held in Budapest, Hungary.
Taking the Best New Carp Bivvy Award; the Torsion bivvy was rewarded for its overall specification and technical innovation provided by the ‘Spyda Wynda’ patented mechanism which provides rapid set up in less than 60 seconds all by the turn of a handle. Additionally its comprehensive specification includes ‘Climatex’ high performance fabric which is both breathable and completely waterproof. The Torsion Bivvy beat off strong competition from several other leading European manufactures for this coveted award.
The Torsion bivvy is produced in the UK and utilises an aero grade aluminium flexi-pole frame that can be adjusted for both height and width for changing weather conditions. To further increase versatility 3 different front panel options (clear, mosquito and standard) are included as standard.
Once erect, the bivvy is completely free standing and self supporting, with no need for additional storm poles, making it suitable for all types of swims including platforms.
