Perch Fishing
Mason Lougher -1lb perch

Two day ticket anglers fished section 13, one with 13m pole and the other with float fished waggler tactics. Both caught over 25lb of mainly bream to 3.5lb along with the odd roach, with sweetcorn doing the damage. Maggots produced a bite a chuck, but it was generally from small perch and gudgeon, whereas the corn produced a better stamp of fish.

Brett Herdman fished the members section at Slapton for a good bag of quality roach to 1lb and hybrids up to 1.5lb on float fished corn.
