After all the anticipation the wait is over – the first party have just returned from Angling Lines Margot and confirmed it’s definitely back to its former glory!
Andy Lear’s party of 6 anglers were on the lake the last week in March and coped with wind and rain… but had the session of their lives.
Andy takes up the story;
“We’ve just returned from the best weeks fishing of our lives… we’re all still buzzing with the tales of the Margot monsters and have instantly booked for 2 weeks next year!
In total for the week we had 64 fish including 2 x 50s, 8 x 40s, 16 x 30s, 20 x 20s and 15 doubles, including koi and catfish.
Really looking forward to battling with the Margot monsters next year! “
