NEWS RELEASE FROM ANGLING TIMES

Starting March 29th, 2011, exclusively in Angling Times and sponsored by Shimano as part of its 90th birthday celebrations, this year’s Angling lottery will see a staggering one million pound’s worth of cash and tackle prizes available throughout the year. The huge prize fund is the biggest in fishing history and Shimano UK MD Craig Brew believes the project is a fitting way to celebrate the company’s anniversary.

Here’s how it works:

Everyone who buys an annual 2011/2012 Environment Agency rod licence automatically stands a chance of winning great tackle and cash prizes in the one million pound Angling Lottery.

Every Environment Agency rod licence sold features a unique nine digit number and that qualifies you to play the Angling Lottery for FREE. This is your personal lottery number.

Each week the Angling Times will print 500 winning rod licence numbers – all you have to do is check the numbers against your unique lottery number to see if you are a lucky prize winner!

Cash prizes will range from £10 to £1,000 pounds, and tackle will all be exclusively from top manufacturer Shimano. All their leading products – from carp reels to match poles – will be up for grabs between now and December 31.

The lottery is also co-sponsored by the Angling Trust and members of the sport’s governing body will receive bonus chances to win cash and gear prizes!

Don’t miss next week’s Angling Times to find out if you are a winner.

Good Luck!
