Quest’s new baby, the Liver B8 is a total meat based boilie. A variety of meat meals, blood meals and a potent powdered liver make this bait very different from the fishmeal and birdfood bases often used.
Naturally dark brown in colour and containing no bulk oils, the flavour and taste are both very subtle… but the carp’s reaction to it has to be seen to be believed.
Shaun Harrison’s been working on it for a long while now and he’s stuck his head on the line claiming it to be the best bait he’s ever developed! He made the final tweaks to it in 2007 whilst stalking fish he could watch feeding and he’s now confident it cannot be improved.
This bait catches at all times of the year and interestingly it seems to sort out the larger fish. So if it’s something very different you’re after… this could be for you.
