Evesham Festival Qualifying Match Report – Saturday 27th July – 64 fished

Ian Sutherland won the latest  Shakespeare Festival qualifier, with an 8-7-0 net of perch from peg two.  Ian caught chunky perch on maggot feeder cast two thirds of the way across the river.

In second place was Evesham local Gary Seadon, who backed up some early perch and eels on flat float with quality roach on hemp from peg 64, next to the ferry.

Ringer Baits ace, Martyn Howard took third  place from peg 10 on the Town Length.  Martyn caught two eels and four perch on flat float with worms, 2lb of bleak up in the water, and 3lb of roach on hemp.
