I love braided mainlines!

Been using them for the best part of ten years now.

Don’t get sucked into the trap of thinking that you need rods with special rings on them! My rods have standard Fuji BNHG rings and after all this time show no sign of wear. People think that the horrible grating ,squeaking noise that the braid makes as it is wound in is sawing their rings in half. It’s not!

Don’t believe me? Think about the noise that a wet piece of cord makes if you rub it, a dry piece doesn’t and that’s all it is with your braid.
