WARNING! THIS VIDEO CONTAINS SWEARING

Usually, we skip over videos that have swearing in, as we try to highlight entertaining YouTube fishing videos that are more of the ‘family-friendly’ variety, but we just couldn’t resist this one! PLEASE turn down the volume if bad language offends (or if you’re at work!). OR SIMPLY DON’T WATCH IT.

Most anglers have had something similar to this happen when they are fishing; I’ve had hooked fish ‘stolen’ by pike, perch and sharks and I’ve also seen it happen with seagulls! One friend saw an angler have his fish stolen by a seal. I’ve even heard of brazen otters and cormorants taking the occasional hooked fish.

BUT THIS BEATS THE LOT!

Watching the start of this video, I suppose the outcome is inevitable. I can’t begin to imagine how quickly that reel would have been stripped if the culprit had been hooked.

Oh, and in case you missed it before…
