My first blog entry....testing, testing!

I created this blog purely so I could help Mr Plumb sort out posting images from Flickr onto his own blog! But hang on.....the majority of the pictures on Chris's blog are taken by me anyway! With copyright etc, I see the potential for a new revenue stream there, couple of quid a picture should do it, but, then again he might start charging me for the cracking breakfasts he cooks on the bankside during our summer night fishing trips......well....it is his stove and he is the only one that is able to suss out the control of the molten lava type temperatures that it produces.....therefore it is only right he uses it

Anyway, just so I know what I'm doing with attaching images, the below is one of my favourite local dace swims, although a bit bright for fishing on the day I took the picture.

There you have it, my first blog post, and it was purely so I could help someone else....I'm nice like that, even to the person who more often than not completely outfishes me, and breaks far less rod tips than I do

Having sorted out image attachment, maybe I could carry on doing more blogs....but would anyone read them, guess I'll have to find out !! So, apart from the times when I fish with my lifelong pal....he can carry on doing the write-ups for those....I might actually post a few reports of those occasional outings when I try to fish without that particular companion :D

Blimey!! That pic don't half look like the Lambourn pre 2001 thought it might have been taken the day your brolly took off and went through mine!

Welcome to the little backwater of the internet otherwise known as Anglersnets blogs!

Thanks chaps....I now know at least two people will read my blogs ;)

The pic is not the Lambourn....not even half the width, and a lot closer to home, although the weather was distinctly similar to that day when my brolly went on a wind assisted attack!
