Strange flow of thought, somebody who works as a clerk at a Customs Clearance Agent (private firm, no Govt. association.) becomes a ‘customers agent’ (God only knows what that is!) becomes a Customs Officer. Seen occasions where civilians undertaking roles previously dealt with by ranking Military Officers claim they hold the rank of the previous incumbent in that office, seen that on here, but not seen a job title elevated so quickly. A case of reading what you wish to see rather than what is written perhaps. But I agree Phone, there is little point.

Let's keep the personal insults where they belong, which it NOT on here
