The arab punishment of removing a hand ensures pick pockets retire or get clever after the second conviction . As to the final solution if the evidence is irrefutable or the perpetrator admits it i have no problem killing them ,infact some repeat scum who do not see the errors of their ways should be stoned by those they offend2 points
