thanks mate. i was told to use a ground bait today. can i buy this already made up or do i have to make it myself.

bought a couple of flavoured dips, should i use the same flavour boilie for these or anything else? also my mate gave me some pva mesh and said make up some bags to put out there. what do i put in these? thanks for any help, still trying to learn.

anyone fished here before and what did you find to be succesful? going in a week and i'm the most in experienced angle so want to try and steal a march on the rest of the lads.

made my debut on the fishing scene the weekend before last and loved it. been 3 times since. the fella i go with was using these pva bags filled with something. wanted to ask him what he filled them with but didn't want to show i was pretty clueless as on one of our trips i cleaned up where as he blanked and wanted to keep my front up as you do. so what do you put in these bags and how do you atach them? i saw some in the tackle shop but there was a stocking like thing on a tube and then they had bags. are they both the same? also want to learn to do the knots for my rigs as i feel a bit of a pest asking the other fella to do them everytime we go, is ther any where to see the knots to learn them. thanks in advance guys

just starting out on the fishing scene. i'm going with my mates to a lake in stock, essex in a couple of weeks for a night session. already everyone is going on about how much money to put in for the biggest catch, thing is i don't really know what sort of bait to use, they have just told me to get some flavoured boilies. is there anything out there that is going well at the moment?? just looking to upset the apple cart by being the complete amateur who wins the pot!!
