  5. Thanks Frenchdub Because 8 of us are going, the other guys were looking to take lots of boilies, me personally will be using my own fizzbombs and dips, but i think i will need to get one of the hand rolling bait companys to do us some fresh rolled boilies to take,i have been in contact with premier baits who would be more than happy to roll us some fresh Matrix boilies a few days before we leave, one of my mates has a van with built in frezzer, so the bait will be going in there to keep fresh. Thanks for your advise,, see where your coming from with the bait used by the locals, but my therory is to introduce a new bait to the waters Matrix boilies Will let you know how well we get on
  6. Foxcarp,, I don't think pop-ups would work as a loose bait, or in a PVA bag
  7. Thanks Chubstar Premier Baits website is not up and running yet, but had a chat with the guy there. 1 more question,, what would you say was the most popular 3 boilies available
  8. Does anyone know where i can buy boilies in bulk, their are 6 of us going to france for a week, so need a company that make their own bulk boilies at a good price
  9. I live about 15 minutes away from little brittain lake, this lake was very popular many years back, over the last 10 years it has slowly died a death, the lake does have some nice carp in it, but it is very hard to catch, the bailiff John, had the contract from hillingdon council for many years, but over the last four years lost it, as no one was fishing there, it will only be free fishing untill the local council find another tender, all i can say if your thinking of coming a long way to fish it , don't bother, you are far better off fishing Farlows over the back, you can also fish the colne, or fraise either side of little brittain, as this also belongs to hillingdon council, this is also free fishing at the moment, hope this helps Flyfish
  10. For a ltd time only,, buy any boilie dip from our ebay shop and recieve another flavour of your choice Free,,Please mention this site when you buy so i know to send you a Free 1 thanks
  11. Please take a look in our Ebay shop for Fizzing Groundbait and other Carp baits http://stores.ebay.co.uk/The-Secret-Bait-A...Q3aFQ3aSTQQtZkm
  12. Try some mashed up bread, this works well in winter months, and is not classed as groundbait good luck
  13. Hi Rob, i think your find it does,,,,im not talking about a few handfulls, but ive seen anglers throwing in bucket loads, this amout if not consumed by fish will start to fumigate and give of gases after a long period of time,, leave an unopened tin off sweetcorn in your fridge for a while, then take a sniff, your'll be suprised
  14. Sandra, some places ban sweetcorn,, too much sweetcorn in any water is not good as it gives of poisinous gases if left too long in one spot,, our local lakes have put a total ban on sweetcorn for this reason.. I find strawberry boilies work well in winter with maggots as loose feed
