i have been using my finepix 4800z as a web cam ,i know its not a real one , even running it without conecting it to netmeeting (ie just the usb connection to pc) its very jerky (even on a small image size) how can i speed up the usb data transfer within xp ,in the bios a irq is allocated to it ,would it be better to unallocate it and let xp allocate one ,on normal use the refresh using netmeeting is at least 5 seconds (at my end),any thoughts ,it can do movies without problems ,so it must be the usb connection err maybe :confused:

i would love to work as well , it really pees me off when you read on the ap form " if you dont hear from us you have been unsuccesfull" :mad: , as the dole is pretty hard on people not trying to find work ,not getting a rejection slip doesnt help to prove I AM TRYING , i have lost count of the cv`s and application forms i have sent ,without a acknowledgement from the prospective employer ,i dont mind the rejection but it would be nice to know WHY :mad: ,i have even been in contact via the gov online work place (the gov acts as an intermediatry) still cv`s are not acknowledged :mad: ,maybe c&g`s arnt worth the paper they are printed on ,it would be nice to know even enlisting with employment agencies (3) doesnt help ,i have never heard a peep from them ok rant over :mad:

my mrs got her hospital apointment today ,in 25 weeks they will ring her up to arrange an apointment she has been prescribed drugs for her knee for the last ten years(they thought it was arthritus ), but it has got very bad so a xray was taken (after 10 years) no sign of bone damage ,so its suspected disc??? trouble ,unfortunatly the hospital where the apointment has been made is frimley park surrey ,a chap had an ingrowing toenail operated on and died of mrsa??? , suffer or maybe die what a choice :mad: [ 19. i had my bill from bt today due to the fact all our kids only have mobile phones ,my mrs has got carried away and ran up a huge bill , bt has gallantly suggested (or demanded ) that the new direct debit from feb will be £50 a month (we were selling left over items to maintain the £30 a month we were paying ) so i will be absent from here (and phones overall)from ist jan untill we have paid the bill and i have trained the mrs hopefully as soon as possible it will ofcourse give you all a rest , i would switch off now but my mrs wants to talk to all her relations over christmas so you will have to put up with me for a little longer

he wants to save his film to video ,hence the problem , having just the one scart socket on the video he probably uses that to change the tv channels via av1 ,i wonder if he has phono connectors on the video for video / audio in ???????

there are a couple that fish from the south , we used to have a pompey moored boat but it got too expensive we had a 3 day stint at nab one year ,then we ran out of freshwater and nipped to benbridge for more unfortunatly the tide went out and the boat ended up sitting on a reef till high tide so we had a look round and a real cup of tea whilst we waited for high tide , sold the boat now but great times

it looks like us chaps recieving measly cheques from the government (for whatever reason) are not high in his "desired" occupants list , he could rent the place to the council for our new "friends" from the continent for a tidy sum ,i expect st george`s hill ,weybridge is getting pretty full now so they will have to get digs further down the property scale [ 18. in the dark they all look the same ,and their all the same height lying down i expect the smell of 20-50 (or whatever they anoint themselves with would put me off) so long as their pelvic muscle is as well defined as the rest who cares

i think the shape makes little difference only the actuall widest point of the lead (resistance ) this is because although the lead may be nicely aerodynamic in design there is now way to make sure it goes through the air aerodynamicaly ( look at rifle bullets ,aerodynamic and shot from a rifled barrel ,but watch it in ultra slo-mo it wobbles all over the place) compare the ideal conditions of a bullet and a lead with line ,bait etc probably the best all round weight would be ....well an all round one (ball)

buy a multi remote ,i reconmend you check your tv is on the list as some ( B & O ) use strange frequecies ,if your video if fairly new it well might also control your telly as well ,look in the manual (my vcr one does vcr , telly and sat ). when you can tune your telly in remove the scart to telly lead from the vcr and tune your telly in making sure the video is on , while watching the telly change the vcr channel with its remote and the programs will change on the tv this tells you are watching the video tuner ,plug in the cam scart into the video and it should change to the scart socket when you play the camera if not tune the vcr till you see it,if you can see your movie then you can record to tape using the av1 ? or the channel you found the camera on
