  1. i havent any details on it yet err yes i have circa 63 is the nearest date i can get at the moment THANKS NUGG it was out of production by 1967 [ 30. October 2002, 09:57 PM: Message edited by: chesters1 ]
  2. compare the amnisty int one to the press release http://web.amnesty.org/ai.nsf/Index/AFR440...UNTRIES/NIGERIA no mention of her background nor her marital status http://www.mertonai.org/amina/afp-cahched1.htm
  3. i think the pike is trying to lure that elderly gentleman into the lake using "harpie" tactics ,gently waving its tail out of the water in a sexually provocative manner hoping that the said gentleman would follow the pike for forbidden sexual practices in the seclusion of its lair ,look out elderly gentleman stick to occasional glimpses of "health and profinciancy" (was it called that?) or a glimpse of matronly thigh from your nurse , follow that pike to your DOOM
  4. it was onsale from 69 till 1980 ,sales slumped when sealy were the only sellers ( 1970 ) the other wholesalers were left in the lurch ,six models were axed in 1971 due to the action by sealy ,the possibility is the remaining reels were rebadged to improve sales ,when gladding took over several other minor tweaks were made to the range ,so i guess that yours is probably one of many "tweaks" after 1971 ,the one i have is the same as yours with the red badge ,if i come up with more info i`l let you know
  5. yes you can call your dog nigger just dont lose it in south london. the very fact that we so called "civilised"people in the west stick our noses into other countries business is the very reason they fly airplanes into buildings change comes from within ,there may be a coup (spelling) when the people rise up BUT will the new leaders be worse than the outed one . we have no right to tell another country how to behave ,most of the time we encourage despots by arm sales and foreign aid backing one despot against the other,we CAN change things with persuasion showing the leaders that theyl get more respect, more investment and more backhanders if they modernise their thinking, an example is whaling ,ex whalers make more money in safety showing people whales rather than killing them ,there was general uproar when it was suggested but it works ,if you give people an alternative then they can decide for themselves. signing a petition via a washed out show host implying that the leaders of the country are animals and uncivilised ,saying dont kill that woman because we say so isnt going to get the reaction we want infact it will only make them rebel further and more of their people suffer it is also not new news it was released in april she has a right of apeal ,if she loses the sentence will be carried out ,much the same as most countries concerning the death penalty only the method is different the result is the same [ 30. 6. i bet it gets a sore head when it starts digging ,no wonder its bolshie with the tongs
  7. look at how your pound is divided up http://www.camelotgroup.co.uk/about/cam_lo...t.jsp#breakdown they make money because we buy tickets
  8. it is probably another anti moslem slant to persuade americans in their holy war ,will they sign petitions for the victims of the same crimes in saudi or other "friendly" countries or is it because its a little country that is no threat to america ,the law is the law should we condem it because we dont like it ,lethal injection or hanging is probably reviled in many countries can you see bush taking the slightest notice of foreigners saying stop ?? yes? think again
  9. i dont think its any of our business ,if we got involved with every case of "cruelty" we`d be signing forms for the rest of our lives ,should we interfere with a punishment eccepted by the people of the country ??after all its those citizens that throw the stones
  10. the worst thing is that the bbc pay to screen it but worst of all the government get a huge chunk of your pound for allowing it to be run on the other hand camelot gets a few pence
  11. the standard was the first intrepid released in 1959 the prince regent was released in 1969 darren-s what are the models and colours [ 29. October 2002, 10:02 PM: Message edited by: chesters1 ]
  12. chesters1 clique buster i can get a responce from old and new members ,infact 1 poster`s first post was a personal attack on myself ,i have noticed a certain cliqueness amoungst the founder members and newbies (i hate that term but it fits) such as myself but then it would be very boring if everybody agreed with everyone else as for not getting replies we all get those new or not ,i try to answer anyones request for help new or old if i have knowledge of what they want ,unfortunatly "occasionally" i fly off at a tangent at times but compared to some american sites i am very tame indeed and hopefully only attack everybody rather than personally but then its just chesters1 and probably expected dave granger his owner even recoils in horror at what his ward says on occasion [ 29. 13. its all been said on the non fishing section ,i am sorry to bring it up on here but due to government spin the truth about our "foreign" friends is hidden, unless its witnessed first hand it sounds unbelievable (my son lived in margret street another no go area) i am not suggesting that our own people are blameless but they tend to sculk about at night but our "friends " do it openly in the daytime and in numbers ,i tend to get hate mail whenever i open my mouth but i dont intensionly lie and i usually only tell the truth ,i am not blaming our "friends" 100% but their upbringing and outlook is alien to this country as their lifes were harder their way of life is far more brutal than ours [ 28. 14. if you want to see what these people are like ,take a walk down marshal street in folkestone or folkestone road dover ,you certainly wont be ringing the police because you wont have a phone nor a watch ,wallet or rings ,no law there only gang law. All illegals should be sent back ,not 1 case is valid ,the law says they must hand themselves into the first "safe" country they come to britain is surrounded by safe countries hence all imegrants are ilegal as for being poor most can afford to get here by paying middlemen for their passage ,if they can pay then their not poor ,i cannot afford to visit kosova ,afghanistan or any of the other countries these people flee from ,therefore these poor people are richer than i  as for proof my sons next door neighbour watched them burgle the shed and the house next to his ,it was mostly women complete with children in arms about ten of them ,he shouted and had his windows broken with bricks ,its all in the folkestone herald along with plenty more ,my son nows lives with his sister up here ,abandoning all his stuff in the flat ,when a bunch of people stand infront of your house making cutting guestures across their throuts in broad daylight with large knives its time to get out ,no police their afraid to upset them ,mob rule wins [ 28. 19. any company will charge what they can get away with,if everybody said "i`m not going to pay THAT" and walk out rather than have a warehouse of unsold goods the price WILL drop ,unfortunatly the uk has got used to being ripped off and meekly put their hands in their pockets if you get ripped of abroad its because your british and a price hike comes because were hated ,i went to a sale whilst working in france with my employer who speaks fluent french (he was raised there but is english born) i was quoted a price which was double the price offered to my friend ,why ??? i`m english he was taken for a native ,unfortunatly brits rip of foreign tourists so were no better [ 28. 22. "As for the Admiralty pier, I took a walk along there last year and it was shoulder to shoulder with ilegal imegrants, they did have some good gear as well [[Confused]] even though the did'nt have a clue how to use it." probably because most of it is knicked ,my son had his in his shed (despite warnings from me) and one night it all went ,infact the complete shed was emptied ,a bike ,pram, and other bits and bobs ,he had to walk to the cop shop to report it ,he cant afford a phone ,he lived in folkestone and its crawling with them ,most have mobile phones ,cars and all the niceties ,how someone off the boat without papers (they chuck them away so the government dont know where to deport them to  when their case comes up) gets a driving licence i dont know ,they run folkestone the cops dont care  so long as they are quiet [ 27. 23. had a look when the power came back on ,no sign of it nor my other pikeing stuff  it may still be in my sisters loft (where we left it when homeless) or it may have been "accidentally" sold in the garage and car boot sales we had in the frenzy to empty our old house , the mrs is useless in car boots sells stuff behind my back (i cant resist looking round at the other stalls) and for knockdown prices found my pike rods though they were in the "old" rod bag with my taperflashes and my chapman cane rod ,phew she didnt find those
