  1. they are 'middy' in-line feeders. they are like an oval metal cage with a weight on one side. they are usually packed with ground bait.
  2. I am going fishing this week and am going to be using my in-line feeder. How do I set it up? What knots should I use and how do I tie them? Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.
  3. cheers matey, this does help. thanx. looking forward to a days fishing now.
  4. i am going to the waters at Nether Mill, it is the first time I will have been there. I ususally set up my feeder rod with an open ended feeder about 12 inch from the hook bait. I use plastic leger stops for the feeder, and usually a size 16 barbless hook to nylon. i generally use a mixture of grond bait and maggots in the feeder, some times with sweet corn with the juice too. does this help any? i hope it does, i would love to catch at least one bream. any advice on striking too? I always seem to strike too early, or too late, i struggle to catch whilst fishing, unless i use my 4metre whip. thanx for helping if you can.
  5. i struggle to catch anything other than roach, rudd and perch. can any one give me some advice on how to catch bream please? i also seem to struggle with the striking, are there any tips for me?
  6. i am going fishing to nether mill at the end of the month. what is the day ticket price please? what is the best bait to use on the waters for roach, rudd, perch hopefully bream?? i have only ever caught roach and perch, with the exception of a 4.5 pound eel!! are you allowed to fish with two rods (leger and whip)? are keep nets allowed? is the car park free???
