I am having the same problem trying to find a nice place to fish around Bolton where there are no di**heds I have been to a few round there and have not been impressed. If you find please let me know

Just started fishing there and I have caught a load of small pearch, roach and a small tench all on either worm or red maggot but what baits work well in this place to get my nephew a good sized tench as he now whats to catch one (ever since I caught one). Any tips would be appriciated thanks.

I wish just an nickname that I have always had apart from the 2 bit. So you reckon I should post this eleswhere? always my problem sticking it in the wrong place (well that what the misses says!)

anyone fished Bee Fold Lane in Atherton? because what is the best bates to use? I have caught a lot of small roach perch etc on maggot and a good sized tench but I want ot know what really works on this pond.
