  1. Leadcore is great, you can use a lower bs hooklink as the leadcores tend to be high bs. then no fish will trail the leadcore in the event of a break as the hook link will be the lowest bs of your tackle - thats what I do anyways.

  3. Elton The stig was seen on the 24hr race you got a quick look at him flashed to him walking and then went off to another scene, he was in white suit carrying his helmet hes is bald, He came to my area recently and gave a talk thats how I recognised him. Don't know his name tho.

My worst moment was when I was about 12 years old, Beachcasting in the coldest conditions rain, sleet, snow, fingers felt well numb - I got set for a monster cast (prolly about 50 yds then) when I ran up and let rip the hook 2/0 4 oz lead caught in my ear and ripped it wide open " ouch" to say the least - and you know how ears bleed when they get goin

    Hi Newts definately right - I have always gone back to old methods and baits etc. when the going gets tough and it always produces, So do you own thing as you used to and pick new stuff up on the way

  8. Yep got mine yesterday too Then today I heard on the radio that they had found websites on the net selling british peeps bank account numbers / passwords etc. and that they had linked so many to the lost data bl**dy marvelous eh.

    Fish Deaths.

    Hi Mr wiggly I've been keeping koi, mirror, leather and common carp for over 20 years now. The most likely cause when fish die with no signs of any disease or damage etc at this time of year is bacterial, It leaves no sign and can kill only a few fish or the whole pond. When temperatures go down as low as they are now fish emmune system shuts down hence they have no defence against bacteria, bacteria can get into your pond easily from birds and or bird droppings amongst other uncontrolable sources. Its easy to get hold of treatment for bacterial infections to put directly into you pond water pond fish shops / dealers etc. and will not harm your fish plants etc. May be worth trying that as it won't cost you much and from my experience its nearly always the culprit when no signs are present on the fish. Hope this helps.

    Hi all I watched tight lines on sky friday night and they showed you a rig (leger) with a boom. The boom was a pop up boom looked a bit like a bodied waggler. does anyone know where these can be bought? cheers
