  1. what if i relayed my mooring in deep water so it doesent dry out do i stil have to pay the crown charter then?
  2. im not actualy in the club it is just nearby. now they have deciced and aproched the royal charter to act as agents to collect the fees from whoever has a mooring on this stretch of mud. they dont have my name or address and only know me as ray. what i need to find out is what can they do? can they remove my boat although it is not on there mooring or on there land

  4. hi guys dont know if anybody han help but im having an argument with my local yacht club. i own a 26ft fishing boat (just for me and my mates to go out fishing on) i have had the boat for 2 years now on moorings i have laid my self well away from there moorings. there moorings float all the time where as mine dryes out on mud. anyway now they are trying to charge me to "plot" my mooring at a rate of £30 per year £7 of which goes to the royal charter £23 for there "administration" costs can any body enlighten me on the law regarding this and will i have to pay them or can i pay the royal charter direct or if i even have to pay them at all thanks for any help on this matter ray (idoltyme123)
