  1. Can you connect to your home hub when connected through the wireless?? Can you ping 192.168.1.254 on wireless? It could be the WIFI key try disabling it to test if this is the case. If it is then turn it back on and make sure you are inputting it correctly, case sensitive remember. If its not that then I've had trouble before with the WIFI radio channel. You could try changing this to 11 or 1 depending on where it is now.
  2. Hi nursejudy, it could be a problem with Memory on your computer. With the internet getting more and more technical nowadays even surfing the web eats up memory. If you have an old'ish computer or have less than 1GB of memory then i would look at perhaps upgrading
  3. It's ok last time I used it there were still a few bugs in it. But i would use it over IE any day but thats just me
  4. It was probably the 'explorer' task you accidentally shutdown. That usually gets rid of your icons. If that's the case then you can use task manager again to start it by clicking FILE -> NEW TASK (RUN) and the typing 'explorer'.. Everything then usually reappears
