Havent tried pepperami, but if the fish like it as much as me then it would get gobbled up straight away. I suppose the fat content would effect the bouyancy?

Cheers for the 'heads up' I'm planning a sloe gin brew later in the year so will be useful. Currently got some elderflower champagne (with a healthy twist of gin) fermenting.
