The DVLA have issued this guide, which explains things a little. All vehicles registered from 23rd March 2006 (tomorrow) with emissions of over 225 g/km will have top-rate Road Tax of £210 per year for petrol engines and £215 for diesel engines

So having suffered one twelve months ago I can tell you 1st hand, the arms plenty of strength. felt fine just a bit unbalanced, oh yes the most telling thing, slightly slurred speech. Like has been said I was fortunate in as much as I was somewhere where someone recognized the symptoms and held me down quite forcefully I might add, which kept me still and quiet, I might otherwise have done exactly the same as the poor lady mentioned above. I have made a full recovery with absolutely no after effects at all. I consider myself a very fortunate individual. THE ABOVE ADVICE IS SOUND AND COULD ALMOST CERTAINLY SAVE A LIFE

I like the idea of no one eating fish for ten years, even better would be only fish caught on a rod and line could be eaten. Blimey!! Very few would eat fish for more than twenty years in that case.

Any discarded line have, or find lying around, I burn on the bank with a very small fire. I know it should be frowned upon, but in the cases mentioned above it's surely better. I can also get rid of some of the litter too.
