Im going mid Sept Vlad..........not really looking to fish in the deeper water off the rocks if I can help it........more interested in calmer, shallower spots for the mullet as I don't want my 6 year old son getting swept away!!Will just be taking my very light gear......will this be OK? The ones I'm after are about an inch long with a plastic peg through the middle.Often found on cheapo telescopic fishing sets....but some slightly more "upmarket" ones are available with flouro yellow or orange paint

Chaps I'm off on hols at the weekend and am looking for a supply of small cork floats (sort of like mini pike bung in shape).I know some of the tackle shops in Majorca sell these kind of floats but wondered if they are available in the UK?They are an essential part of my mulleting kit Cheers BB

I have repaired my waders with the Aquasure and it looks to have worked a treat.It's great stuff and when its dried it really is very tough and strong.Well worth looking at.Am going to test them out tonight........ BB

Chaps I have a nice pair of Snowbee neoprene waders that have sprung a leak at the rear where 3 seams meet in the bottom of the bum area.Closer inspection revealed the stitching has come undone slightly and there is a 1 inch tear in the neoprene (but under the membrane that covers the neoprene).Will a repair kit sort this out?I don't really want to have to splash out on a new pair unless absloutely necessary. I once caught a tench of around 4lbs off the surface on a chum mixer intended for carp.Apart form that incident I have never seen a single tench feeding on surface baits. BB

The bail arm just wont trip back over (to close) and the hinge wont push back if I try to do it manually.I will see if I can identify the problem one night this week and have a go at sorting it out myself (Chesters1 will be happy ).I think something may have gone amis under the spool plate. BB

I have just dug out my old Mitchell Match 440A which must be over 20 years old.The bail arm is stuck in the open position and will not close.Can anyone recomend someone/somewhere that will be able to repair it as I quite fancy using it again. Cheers BB
