How recently are you supposed to feed your pond fish around this time of year? I have a 5ft x 3ft x 2ft deep pond but i dont know how often to feed the fish in it. :confused: Also ive had some frogs bourne in the pond millions of the stuff. how many frogs usually survive out of say 400 little frogs bourne things ?? :confused: thanks, Taffy

Hi dave ive been to albufeira a few times when i went to Vilamoura. im surprised your not based there considering the size of the harbour. Whats the life like out there? do you charge much for your fishing? Casey i thought 42 euros was redicoulous. So i bought a telescopic rod and reel and some tackle for 23Euros wich is about £15. And it woz much easier doing it that way.

i didnt know u needed a license but what i did find out in los cristianos that i woz only allowed 2 fish on the side of the rocks where there wer no scuba divers. they sent a policeman 2 tel me 2 move to the other side of the rocks which i thought was a bit stupid considering i caught nothing on the otherside.

ye had 1 or two here and there. Harlequins bar o rite i fished off the harbour and on the beach where all the water sports and stuff was. Where did you stay in los cristianos?

ye i didnt go to have a look. but from the leaflet it just looked like a rectangular pond. I think it has carp up 20lb+. It is the only freshwater lake on the island.

Ye thats how much i could have paid to fish a man made still water full of Carp in Tenerife. I couldnt believe it when i saw the price. Would you fish it? Has anyone ever fished there?

I did a spot of fishing whilst i was there. Caught Sea Bream and 3 rock fish. So it was a little bit of fun.

never noticed it. ive only ever noticed the adverts calling you as you leave the room.

Very nice pics there Den. ive seen a few kingfishers whilst fishing but neva had one on my rod. The best thing i saw was 2 geese taking off and landing on this lake i was fishing.

havent caught many sea fish. But my biggest are: 3lb flattie 0.5lb Gurnard.

it has snowed a bit but it hasnt stuck much. unfortunately. Its every where except for most parts of North Wales.
