Newt, I have flushed out the internet files and set the web graphics on "Never compress Graphics" but i still have the same problems? Not sure how to check the "graemlins" to check as you suggested,tried looking but to no evail. And yes all the other forumns are acting the same way, no smilies??????????

Forgot to mention, also seems to be the notification (light) when a new post has been replied to since your last visit, all a bit odd really?

Hi guys , had a few problems with my p.c lately, one of which was a bad virus but now is o.k Just one further problem i cannot get any smilies up, not just on this website but on a few others. Recently installed 'utilities' which i thought could be the problem but i have un-installed it with no difference? Its not a big issue for me but its very annoying when you had it and now you dont, you just want to fix it. Any ideas guys Cheers

I tend to only fish the rivers when i am up there and dont no of any day-ticket stillwaters but i am sure that there are 1 or 2 experienced pike anglers on here who can help you with that area

Great old bike!! i am thinking of getting a GS and touring with the mrs next year,but my kwacker will probably only fetch £4000 so need a bit more cash yet. I wish you the best of luck in India,what a great idea and for such good reasons too

Phil, It was caught "allegedly" by a fly angler and the weight was witnessed by the bailiff in a 750acre trout fishery. Could this fish been mistaken for a Zander? I have caught many zander but for somebody who has not, then maybe i can see that the mistake could have easily been made.

Now that is some perch! if it is genuine what a shame no picture was taken I for one would have loved to have seen it.

I guess i might start on freshwater first after some of your replies, quite like the idea of a few catfish are they easy to keep? Any websites i can visit? I might be moving soon so i will have to wait for a few months but it gives me a bit of time to read up on it and make a descision on what i want. cheers for the tips.
