Anyone fishing in ramsgate tonight? Im going to ramsgate to do some fishing. Anyone else?

Im pretty much happy to catch anything I just enjoy fishing. But have found myself targetting carp becuase the lakes I fish are mainly carp lakes. Have recently found myself enjoying sea fishing and blanking cos I cannot afford the travel to a decent spot. I would appreciate any suggestions for species to target durin the winter also any tactics that make for a fun days fishing as I dont have the time to spend days sat at the banks, as fun as that sounds. I would for imstance mind targeting chub or pike as ive heard they are good fun im the winter.

Ive only been fishing since june and am starting to get pretty confident with my abilities but have never fished in the winter. I have a good selection of gear and tackle. Pretty much everything. Am just curious on suggestions for winter fishing. I live in ramsgate kent but I dont own a car. Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated. Good spots and tactical advice if you wouldnt mind. My biggest fish is a 10lb carp caught in a pond at my local day ticket using ledgering and spod tactics. Thanks in advance.
