  1. Anyone got any recommendations for a killer groundbait for a mixed bag ?
  2. True...I've stepped up to a tench rod it reccomends 7lb is that more realistic ?
  3. I'll keep my eyes out for one buddy
  4. Liking this one a lot, ticks all the boxes
  5. There's no point...all it does is lay line better which is not important at all for most coarse fishing they are literally the same
  6. Is 4lb too light for me to use ? I do a lot of canal fishing and commercial stuff. The biggest fish I'll be catching are around 10lb maybe 15lb if I'm very lucky !!! Please guys tell me if 4lb is too light !! Cheers boys
  7. I started float fishing about a year ago and put my tackle into that infamous green seat box we've all seen at some point it's the same model and companies just bang a sticker on it. Anyway due to my seemingly retarded judgement of quality it's broken and I need something to put my tackle in what do u guys reccomend and PLEASE tell me what u float fishing guys use links would be MASSIVELY appreciated cheers lads !
  8. Hi guys ??, after 2 years with my John Wilson Avon rod I've decided to part ways with my loyal workhorse...I've decided to surf the web a bit for a new rod I want this new float rod to last me forever. I do a lot of canal fishing for silver fish however I also do a lot of commercial stuff mostly around 7-10 lb but sometimes getting to odd big one. Essentially I'm looking for an all rounder, something perfect for skimmers and silverfish but just as good for big tench and carp etc. I'm soooo close to buying the Drennan Matchpro Ultralight 13ft but it's maximum line capacity is 4lb which could be too light (correct me if I'm wrong guys) I'm open to pleanty of recommendations cheers !
